The ultimate Mushroom Feast!

Mushroom and avocado LC toast are underrated! Mushroom fried with lots of garlic on a perfect avocado and Low Carb Bread with caramelised tomatoes, sprinkled with spiced sunflower Seeds and dulse flakes.

Served with a Mushroom Collagen Latte made with Almond Milk Base and Collagen Creamer👌🏻

Ingredients:

Garlic Mushrooms 🍄

6 Portobello mushrooms
3 minced cloves garlic
1 tbsp coconut aminos or soy sauce + balsamic vinegar + maple syrup(optional)
1 tbsp cooking oil (olive or macadamia)

Pan-seared Tomatoes 🍅 

2 Roma tomatoes, chopped
Garlic & onion powder
Cooking oil
Pinch of salt and pepper

Mushroom Collagen Latte ☕️

1 tbsp Super Shrooms Powder
1 cup of warm almond milk
1 scoop Collagen Creamer
