Natural vs Artificial Sweeteners (Stevia vs Sucralose)

Nutritional supplements and diet based foods are renowned for using artificial sweeteners to keep the calories down and improve taste. A few of the main ones are Sucralose, Aspartame and Acesulfame K or Ace K, the corresponding numbers for these are sweetener 955, sweetener 951 and sweetener 950.

Aspartame 951 and Acesulfame K already have a terrible reputation. So lets focus on the most common sweetener used in Nutritional products: Sucralose.
