Vanilla Keto Shake

Prep Time: 5 minutes

Makes: 1shake

Ingredients:

300ml coconut milk

7.5g (1 scoop) of MCT Creamr

1 scoop vanilla plant based protein

1 tsp vanilla extract

6 ice cubes

Optional:

Add cinnamon on top

Method:

Mix ingredients into blender, continue to pulse until the ice is crushed but still visible.
