WARNING - This brownie is ridiculously addictive!!
Prep Time: 15 Minutes
Servings: 8 nice portions
2 cups almond flour
1/2 cup raw cacao
1 scoop MCT Creamr
1/4 cup melted coconut oil (at room temp)
2 tsp baking powder
1/2 cup unsw almond milk
2 tsp van extract
1/2 tsp salt
3/4 cup dark chocolate chips 80%+ cacao
1/2 to 1 tsp monk fruit, (add more depending on how sweet you prefer)
In a large bowl, mix dry ingredients (Almond flour, Cacao powder, baking powder, salt, monk fruit)
Then in a seperate bowl add wet ingredients, then whisk (coconut oil, eggs, almond milk, vanilla ext)
Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and stir, add in 1/2 cup of the chocolate chips, stir to combine.
Place parchment paper into baking pan, rub coconut oil on top of parchment paper.
Pour brownie batter into the baking pan and spread evenly.
Place the remaining choc chips on top.
Bake for 40 mins in oven set at 180 degrees.
