You’ve gotta make this single-serve GIANT cookie!! It's perfect on a Friday night with a tub of Denada low sugar ice cream.

Slightly crispy on the outside and the centre will melt in your mouth, delish, you can sub more almond meal for oats.

  • Ingredients:

3 tbsp almond meal
1 tsp cacao powder
1 tbsp coconut oil
1 tbsp runny nut butter or tahini
1 tbsp maple syrup (sugar free version)
2 tbsp muesli or rolled oats (sub in more almond meal for keto version(coarse)
2 tbsp chopped dark chocolate
1 scoop Collagen Creamer

  • Method:
Simply mix everything together and flatten into a giant cookie shape. Bake in the preheated oven at 180C for 10-15mins or until golden brown on the edge. Best eaten warm;)
